Complete gut renovation of the lower level of an existing facility while the main restaurant level remained open and fully functional

Complete renovation of 6,323 s.f. lower level with 1,897 s.f. addition
New elevator and restrooms to provide full Handicapped Accessibility
Created an identifiable main entry tower for the yacht club and exterior color palette to provide visual separation from the restaurant level above.
Tight site constraints and below flood elevation construction required regulatory reviews from the local conservation commission
