Community involvement
Catalyst Architecture & Interiors is proud to be involved personally and professionally in supporting our community through corporate and staff involvement in a variety of local non-profit organizations. Here are just a few examples:
Our staff regularly mentors local high school and college students who are considering or pursuing a career in Architecture, Interior Design, or the construction industry. We're proud to participate with several schools including: Wentworth Institute of Technology, Roger Williams University.
We are, or have been, involved with several local non-profits including: The Friends of Nobska Light, the YMCA of Cape Cod, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, The Family Pantry of Cape Cod, Heroes in Transition, The Art of Optimism, The Falmouth Fund of the Cape Cod Foundation, Saint Pius X Church, Hyannis Chamber of Commerce, Hyannis Main Street Historic District Committee, Cape Cod Young Professionals, Cape Cod Challenger Club, and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod.
We are involved with our children to help them to learn and grow, mostly as a Sighted Guide at Pleasant Bay Community Boating in Harwich and at a Falmouth Elementary School as a PTO member and school banking volunteer through Martha's Vineyard Bank.
The Catalyst team volunteers to help build for a day on Habitat construction sites as well as are part of Habitat's Land Strategy Group, assessing potential new properties for the development of new homes.
We sponsor local fundraising events for various non-profits in our area to support their efforts to provide critical services to our community.
Our principal, Kurt Raber, serves as Corporator for the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank.
Our principal, Kurt Raber, is a member of the Duffy Health Center Board of Trustees.
