Your firm had to deal with myriad governmental regulations and unusual design considerations and did so using creative and efficient strategies. This was no small accomplishment. Catalyst worked cooperatively with our board of directors, staff and the general contractor. The timely responses to our change requests are just one example of the professional competency that we experienced during construction. Even with these changes you were able to contain costs and maintain the integrity of our budget. Cape Cod Village was chosen by the Town of Orleans Preservation Committee as the leading example of how local government funding combined with a nonprofit organization can enhance the viability of a town. During every step of the way, we were impressed with the encouraging, patient and optimistic tone that your staff continually brought to the process.
