Mendes-Monteiro House

We have had the pleasure of working with Catalyst throughout the construction of the Mendes-Monteiro House in Dartmouth, MA. While this project took some seven (7) years to finalize, this firm never wavered and stayed with it through many hurdles. They always had the developer/owner’s (PIH) best interest in sight while keeping the project as close to the budget as possible.  Their attention to detail, especially when reviewing Change Orders, was exemplary! Partners in Housing would definitely work with Catalyst again and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
