YARMOUTHPORT, MA – In conjunction with the celebration of its 50th year in business, Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects (BLF&R) is pleased to announce the firm will be changing its name to Catalyst Architecture / Interiors effective September 24th. 

“Our firm has always been client-driven, and now our new leadership team, announced in mid-2019, and our new name will reflect the creative synergy which drives our client partnerships and the design and construction process”, said Timothy Sawyer, company president.

Partners Timothy Sawyer, Kurt Raber and Todd Carson are recommitting to the firm’s core mission of partnering with their clients to provide a wide range of architectural, interior design and project management services across the commercial, civic and residential sectors.

As an inspired team of architects, interior designers and support staff; Catalyst will approach the next 50 years by continuing to provide superior service, creating strong partnerships with clients, enhancing our local communities, and continuing to be the catalyst in the creation of exceptional spaces and places.

BLF&R, now known as Catalyst has recently completed the new Cape Cod Five Banking Center in Hyannis, Cape Cod Village, a supportive residential community for autistic adults in Orleans, Amie Bakery in Osterville, Bank Newport in Johnston RI, and the redevelopment of Saquatucket Harbor with a new harbormaster’s building.  The firm has also recently broken ground this year on Terrapin Ridge, a new 30-unit residential community in Sandwich.

BLF&R had a great night out at the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod’s award banquet at Wequassett Inn on November 10th!

Not only did we get to enjoy each others’ company at a wonderful venue, but we also took home 5 awards!   We are thrilled that our hard work was recognized in the following categories:   Excellence in Affordable Housing- Gold for Melpet Farm Community Housing,  Excellence in Remodeling Single Family Home- Silver,  Excellence in New Construction -Single Family Home- Silver, Excellence in New Construction of Specialty Room- Residential- Silver, and our own Kate Richard took home an award  for the Next Generation Shooting Star, Associate Member!
