Project: New Bank Headquarters

Design Overview:

 

The additions and renovations to 25,600 sf of a 41,000 sf existing building, includes work place and bank branch design.

The bank branch and corporate office main entry includes a two story glass vestibule, with signage, warm wood finishes and welcoming visibility from the street.

The bank branch includes state of the art ITM, interactive teller machines, welcoming reception and teller services.

The corporate office work place features a living room and Work Café for employee and guest gathering and day to day use.

Lobby features a glass curve stair feature with vaulted LED light feature above.

The P–residents Room has been re-imagined to create an inclusive experience for all employees and the community.

Interior finishes include warm wood ceiling and millwork features, decorative lighting, lounge furniture, artwork and plants.

 

Design & Site Considerations:

Site Features include well lit welcoming walkways, parallel accessible parking at bank branch entry.

Landscape design of lawn, ground cover and tree plantings to enhance front yard.

Landscape design of exterior rear courtyard to enhance employee access and security for usable outdoor space.
