Seamens Bank Loan Center, Truro

4000 SF Single story, wood framed structure housing operations for the Loan Center, including Loan Administration and staff, as well as training and auditing areas. Additional 1100 SF office space for a separate tenant.

Building massing was intentionally designed to appear as two buildings to compliment the existing adjacent Operations Center. Roof lines and exterior materials were also selected to complement the existing Operations Center.

Green Features: High efficient all electric ductless heat pumps, Energy Recovery Ventilation System, building envelope exceeds code required R-values and the roof is oriented for future installation of solar panels.
