• Provided front facing customer entrance and separate contractor entrance
• Design approved by Nantucket Historical District Commission
• Building includes:

  • Conference room
  • Employee kitchen/ lounge
  • Engineering Work Room
  • Utility Locker Room

Sustainable/ Green Features:

• Solar Tubes to provide additional natural light
• High efficiency heating and cooling equipment
• Extensive use of LED lighting, interior and exterior
• Previously disturbed site
