Design Overview:

• 30 Affordable Family Rental Units, mix of 1,2, & 3 Bedroom Units, 55 BR Total
• 5.8 acre site with Shared Community Gardens & Open Recreation Area
• Single story building with 7 units as well as Common Laundry, Community Room, Management Office.
• Two story building with lower level walkout housing 23 units, tenant out of unit storage and common laundry.

Design & Site Considerations:

• All units to have private outdoor space and access to public outdoor green space
• Design incorporates solar PV panels on both buildings
• Dedicated Community Garden, Village Green, and playground
• High performance Exterior Envelope and Heat pump water heaters
• Passive House Certified
• Funded through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) and the MassWorks Infrastructure Program
