• Five duplex type buildings with ten new affordable
  residential units yielding twenty-two (22) additional
  bedrooms
• Orientation of the new buildings with the three
  existing buildings already on the site to create a
  sense of community
• Minimized the size of paved surfaces to reduce
  site and utility construction costs, and the
  corresponding “heat” island effect of larger
  parking lots
• Provide both private rear yard deck space and
  shared community space
• Connection to the nearby high school waste water
  treatment plant to eliminate the need for on-site
  septic system
• Use of traditional Architecture Forms and Materials
  Sustainable and Green Building Features:
• High performance exterior envelope
• High efficiency boiler & heating system
• Meets State “Stretch Energy” Code
