Design Overview:

Two separate, yet similar 2,500sf.5 Bedroom Congregate Living GroupHomes for Adults with Special Needs.

Designed to meet DHCD, DDS and HUD Guidelines. Both homes are fully accessible (entries, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.)

Design includes special accommodations for individuals with Prader Willi Syndrome

Goal for Residents to Age in Place

Above code to meet DHCD energy requirements
Roof design & orientation allows for future
PVsolar panel installation

Effectively integrated into existing neighborhood, resembeling a single family home similar to the rest of the community.
