Design Overview:
New 30-unit affordable family housing development. The units are a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.
The 58 Total bedrooms in are housed in 8 residential buildings.
Common areas in the community include a community building, communal lawns, and a playground.
Total of 55 parking spaces (1.7 per unit, and 4 visitor spaces).

3.4 Acres to be developed
Funded through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) and the MassWorks Infrastructure Program
High Performance building envelopes with independent energy modeling PV Solar Panels have been installed on all buildings
Energy Star for Homes certification has been achieved
