Design Overview:
Extensive renovation and addition to an existing home situated on a golf course within an established Cape Cod community
±1,000 sf main level addition containing large custom kitchen, living space, mudroom, and laundry
Fully coordinated and integral design team compiled of Architect, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, contractors and installers
Highly choreographed visual and physical connections between interior & exterior spaces results in a truly remarkable property
Design & Site Considerations:
A highly skilled and collaborative project team was assembled to execute an exceptionally detailed, highly custom project
The entire project needed to be completed over a single off season due to community restrictions on summer season construction
The client’s permanent residence was not local so much of the design and coordination was done remotely and through zoom meetings
