Saquatucket Harbor Improvements Awarded to Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc.

We are pleased to announce the recent award from the Town of Harwich to perform Architectural and Engineering services related to landside improvements to Saquatucket Harbor. The upcoming project consists of a new Harbormaster office building containing offices, a café, and restrooms, a second building with offices, ticket windows for commercial boats operating out of the marina, a small retail shop, and garage for vehicle/ boat storage and light maintenance. Additional site improvements include a pedestrian boardwalk for viewing and to provide ADA access down to the docks, landscape design for the entire site and general site lighting.

Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. has recently completed several marina and coastal building projects, including the Sandwich Marina Harbormaster Office and Garage, Fisherman’s Wharf Renovations in Provincetown, and the upcoming public pavilion at Packet Landing Park and Marina in Yarmouth.
